Mutton Keema - 250gms
Dhalchini - 1inch pc
Cloves - 4 to 5
Ginger garlic paste - 1Tbspn
Onion - 1big chopped finely
oil - 2Tbspn
Coriander powder - 1Sp
Chilli powder - 1Sp
Green chillies - 2 to 3Slitted
Salt - As per taste
Procedure
- Take a pressure cooker, put the oil allow it to heat.
- Now add onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, dalchini, cloves nd suite it little.
- Now add washed keema fry till the flesh smell leaves.
- Now add the coriander powder & chilli powder fry for 2mins.
- Add 1glass of water nd add salt.
- switch off the stove after 3wistels
- Now your keema curry s ready.
