Rava Dosa[Very easy]


Ingredients:

Chiroti Rava: 2cups
Rice flour: 1/2 cup
Green chillies:3-4 finely chopped
Onion: 1 finely chopped
Pepper corns:1Tspn slightly crushed
Coriander leaves finely chopped
Salt: to taste

Procedure:

  1. Mix all the ingredients little more lighter than the dosa batter. 
  2. Keep for 15-20mins.
  3. Den prepare dosa's
  4. Spread ghee in the last while removing out of tava.

Optional: can serve with coconut chutney.

Keema Curry


Preparation time: 10mins
Cooking time: 20mins
Serves: 2


Ingredients
Mutton Keema - 250gms
Dhalchini - 1inch pc
Cloves - 4 to 5
Ginger garlic paste  - 1Tbspn
Onion - 1big chopped finely
oil - 2Tbspn
Coriander powder - 1Sp
Chilli powder - 1Sp
Green chillies - 2 to 3Slitted
Salt - As per taste


Procedure
  1. Take a pressure cooker, put the oil allow it to heat.
  2. Now add onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, dalchini, cloves nd suite it little.
  3. Now add washed keema fry till the flesh smell leaves.
  4. Now add the coriander powder & chilli powder fry for 2mins.
  5. Add 1glass of water nd add salt.
  6. switch off the stove after 3wistels
  7. Now your keema curry s ready.
Serve it with chapathi, rice, or per your choice.

Chicken Liver Biryani

Preparation time: 10mins
Cooking time: 20mins
Serves: 2-4

Ingredients:
Chicken liver - 500gms
Rice - 2cups
Chilli powder - 2Tbl spn
Dhaniya powder - 1 1/2 Tbl spn
Onion - 2 medium sized chopped
Garlic - 20-30 nos
Ginger - 2inch piece
Cloves - 10nos
Dhalchini - 2inch piece
Palav leaf
Marati moggu - 5nos
Salt to taste

For grinding:
Fry onion, dhalchini, and cloves in 2spns oil till lighter brown. Grind this as a paste by adding ginger, garlic, coriander.

Preparation:
Keep pressure cooker on the stove add 5-8Tbl spoons of oil, allow it to heat little. NOw add the palav leaf, marati moggu, add the cleaned chicken liver and fry for some time untill the flesh smell leaves. Now add the grinded masala, salt, chilli, dhaniya powder and fry it till it turns dark brown. now add the cleaned rice and fry for 2 mins, add the required amount of water, close the cooker lid. After 3 wistles turn off the stove.  Now your yummy and spicy chicken liver biryani is ready to serve.

Serve with raita, chicken fry, chilli chicken, or just with onion nd cucumber slices...

Chilli chicken opts as a very good combination with this...
