Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1Kg
- Onion sliced long - 2
- Green Chillies - 100gms
- Garlic - 10-15pods
- Cinamon - 2inch
- Cloves - 8-10
- Oil - 4-5spn
- Salt - Taste
- Palak - 2bowls chopped finely(Optional)
- Soya sauce - 2-Tbspn
- Coriander powder - 1tspn
Procedure:
First grind the green chillies, garlic, cinamon, cloves by adding little water. Heat the pressure cooker, add oil. Once the oil get heated add the sliced onions, grounded paste suite for 2mins. Then add the washed chicken, salt and fry untill all the water from the chicken is evaporated. Then add the palak nd fry for 2mins and close the lid of the cooker and cook for 1-2 whistles. then after the cooker cools, open it add the remaining ingredients and cook for 5mins.
Prepare as much spicy you can have. The spicier the dish the tastier it is.
For vegiterian people you can prepare it with potato.
