Chilli Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken - 1Kg
  2. Onion sliced long - 2
  3. Green Chillies - 100gms
  4. Garlic - 10-15pods
  5. Cinamon - 2inch
  6. Cloves - 8-10
  7. Oil - 4-5spn
  8. Salt - Taste
  9. Palak - 2bowls chopped finely(Optional)
  10. Soya sauce - 2-Tbspn
  11. Coriander powder - 1tspn
Procedure:

First grind the green chillies, garlic, cinamon, cloves by adding little water. Heat the pressure cooker, add oil. Once the oil get heated add the sliced onions, grounded paste suite for 2mins. Then add the washed chicken, salt and fry untill all the water from the chicken is evaporated. Then add the palak nd fry for 2mins and close the lid of the cooker and cook for 1-2 whistles. then after the cooker cools, open it add the remaining ingredients and cook for 5mins.

Prepare as much spicy you can have. The spicier the dish the tastier it is.

For vegiterian people you can prepare it with potato.

Saabhu Dhana Vada

Ingredients:

  1. Saabhu dhana - 100gms
  2. Gram flour - 2spoons
  3. Onion nicely chopped - 2big
  4. Green chillies nicely chopped - 3-4
  5. Coriander - 2spoons
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Oil - for deep frying

Procedure:

First soak the sabhu dhana for around 3-4hrs. Then strain the water from sabhu dhana by squeezing them. Now add the above mentioned ingredients one by one and mix them nicely by kneading nicely. Don't add water while mixing.

Now heat the oil, prepare vada's with this batter. and serve hot.

Serve with spicy pudina chutney or tomato ketchup for yummy taste.

Babycorn Munchoori

Ingredients:

Babycorn: 2cups[Cut into pieces as u like]
Corn flour: 1/2 cup
Rice flour: 1Tbspn
Food color: 1pinch
Tomato ketchup: 3Tspn
Soya sauce: 1Tspn
Chilli powder: 1Tspn
Ginger garlic past: 1Tspn
Green chillies:3-4 finely chopped
Onion: 1 finely chopped
Coriander leaves finely chopped 
oil - deep fry
Salt: to taste

Procedure:

    1. First boil water in a vessel, add little salt and add the washed babycorn pieces.
    2. Allow it to boil for 2-3mins. And strain the boiled babycorns.
    3. Mean while it cools, mix corn flour, rice flour, salt chilli powder, food color with water and prepare the batter.
    4. heat oil in a kadai. After the oil heats dip the baby corn pieces in the batter and deep fry in the oil in medium flame. Fry all the baby corn pieces.
    5. Now heat a 3 spn of oil in a kadai, add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, onion nd suite for 2mins.
    6. now add the tomato ketchup, soya sauce suite for a minute.
    7. Now add the fried babycorns and suite for 2mins.
    8. if u want the munchorian to be gravy den add little water before adding the babycorns.
    9. garnish with coriander leaves and your tasty babycorn manchurian is ready.
    Serve with tomato ketchup.
