Babycorn Munchoori

Ingredients:

Babycorn: 2cups[Cut into pieces as u like]
Corn flour: 1/2 cup
Rice flour: 1Tbspn
Food color: 1pinch
Tomato ketchup: 3Tspn
Soya sauce: 1Tspn
Chilli powder: 1Tspn
Ginger garlic past: 1Tspn
Green chillies:3-4 finely chopped
Onion: 1 finely chopped
Coriander leaves finely chopped 
oil - deep fry
Salt: to taste

Procedure:

    1. First boil water in a vessel, add little salt and add the washed babycorn pieces.
    2. Allow it to boil for 2-3mins. And strain the boiled babycorns.
    3. Mean while it cools, mix corn flour, rice flour, salt chilli powder, food color with water and prepare the batter.
    4. heat oil in a kadai. After the oil heats dip the baby corn pieces in the batter and deep fry in the oil in medium flame. Fry all the baby corn pieces.
    5. Now heat a 3 spn of oil in a kadai, add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, onion nd suite for 2mins.
    6. now add the tomato ketchup, soya sauce suite for a minute.
    7. Now add the fried babycorns and suite for 2mins.
    8. if u want the munchorian to be gravy den add little water before adding the babycorns.
    9. garnish with coriander leaves and your tasty babycorn manchurian is ready.
    Serve with tomato ketchup.
