Spicy Pepper Chicken

Preparation time: 35mins
Cooking time: 20mins
Serves: 4 - 6

Ingredients:

Chicken: 500gms
Black pepper: 5tspn or as per taste
Onion : 1 medium
Ginger & garlic paste : 1tspn
Oil : 5Tbspn
Turmeric pwdr : 1tspn
Salt : As per taste

Method:
  1. Clean the chicken and put it into a bowl.
  2. Now add 3tspn pepper powder, half tspn turmeric 1 1/2 tbspn oil and little salt to the chicken and mix well and keep it aside for 15mins.
  3. Now chop the onions in length wise.
  4. Now take a pan, put the remaining oil into it and allow it to heat.
  5. Now add the chopped onions, remaining pepper powder, ginger & garlic paste suite it till it comes to light golden brown.
  6. Now add the marinated chicken and salt to it and keep frying it with out adding water.
  7. After, all the water in the chicken absorbs add 1/2 cup water and allow it to fry for 10mins.
  8. Now the spicy pepper chicken is ready, If u need it dry, fry it till the water absorbs.
Serve it with biryani, pulav.
